Samauma is the name of a Brazilian tree. It is not just an ordinary tree; it is one of the largest rainforest trees in the world. The indigenous people who live near this tree ask for permission to guide their lives. This tree is a great symbol of resistance in the forests.
Mable is a Japanese tree which paints Christchurch with its red leaves and amazes us, in my view, it represents well-succeeded immigration.
Those two trees symbolise my connection with nature in those two countries, one I already love another one I learnt to love.

Robalo, the fish
Sculpture made in partnership with Juvenal Pereira, part of a 32ª Art´s Biennial. It is a species of fish threatened with extinction caused by company negligence. The fish skin was made by recycled glasses garbage: assembled, cleaned, reintegrated and personalized by the community kids.

Imaginese - a participatory art; a work that displaces time and space due to interferences in routine, in a place that was constituted by commercial flow sheltered by an architecture adapted for this purpose, huge stores with their departments and advertisements that induce and direct consumption, with them the collaborate for a persuasive system of mental and social control.
